Phase 2 - 2.11a - Ric Williamson Memorial Highway (RWMH) from FM 920 to US 180

Proposed Conditions:The RWMH from FM 920 to US 180 is proposed as a 2-lane undivided rural roadway with shoulders. The proposed roadway will be located within a proposed 200 foot right-of-way. The project will include two bridges and a new traffic signal at FM 920.

Project 2.09 - Old Garner Road was awarded as a bid alternate to this phase and is being constructed in conjunction with it.

Proposed Conditions: Proposed conditions for Old Garner Road include widening to a minimum of 22 feet.

Construction Update: This segment along with Old Garner Road has been under construction since August 2011 and the anticipated completion date is August 2012. The contractor is now doing earthwork and installing drainage structures.
